Replacement process
Recall of masks containing magnets from Philips
It is recommended that a mask be replaced every 6 to 12 months. Therefore, Biron intends to provide, free of charge, a replacement solution in accordance with the established standards to those who have purchased one between September 6, 2021 and September 27, 2022. Alternatives may include replacing the mask with a non-magnetic alternative, or simply removing the magnets from the headgear.
Individuals concerned by the recall who purchased their masks prior to the no-cost replacement period are encouraged to take corrective action to protect their health.

How to request a replacement
- Check your eligibility.
- The mask must be one of the affected masks.
- Individuals must be affected by the recall (have a contraindication to use a mask with magnet).
- Check the date of your purchase
- Individuals who purchased an affected mask between September 6, 2021 and September 27, 2022 will be eligible for a replacement at no-cost (see Covered Masks).
- Contact us to obtain your discount code
- Via the chat tool at cpap.biron.com Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- By phone at 1 833 590-2715, Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Apply your discount code during the validity period you have been given
